When Selling Your Northwest Valley Home
Have you ever driven past that perfect home, called the number on the sign only to find out that it’s under contract? Hi, I’m Shawna Kurowski with the Desert Charm Living Real Estate team and I’m here to tell you why most realtors do not put a sale pending or sold sign on their listings.
Buying a home can be a stressful process. When you find that perfect home, want to make an offer on it, only to find out it’s under contract, you lose hope and become disappointed. If there was a sale pending or sold sign on that home, potential buyers would not call since they know it’s under contract. However, what comes next if something happens to that buyer and they’re no longer able to purchase that home? Well, with a sale pending or sold sign on the home, we as realtors wouldn’t know who was interested in buying the home and we wouldn’t be able to call them if the home became available again.
Not having a pending or sold sign on the home allows realtors, including ourselves, to create list of interested buyers as backups in the event that something happens to that original buyer. Sellers, make sure you find a realtor that does not put up a sale pending or sold sign on their listings. When selling your Northwest Valley home, you want to make sure you have those backup offers just in case something happens to that original buyer. And buyers, next time you find that perfect home only to find out it’s under contract, don’t get frustrated. Instead, leave your number with that realtor and maybe you’ll receive a call telling you the home is available again.
